How much can I reimburse my employees?

It's up to you! There are some maximum annual limits though--roughly $5,000 for single employees and up to $10,000 for employees with families. These amounts change slightly each year. 

You can also vary reimbursements by family size, etc. See the Reimbursement Section in our QSEHRA Guide for help and ideas on how to design your QSEHRA.

Are there any minimums or maximum employees I need to participate?

Our solution works great for companies with 1 to 50 employees. This is based on full-time equivalent (FTE) employees as defined by the IRS, so if you have a lot of part-time employees you may still qualify even if you have over 50.

If you're a sole proprietor, QSEHRA is typically beneficial if you draw a W-2 from your company. If not, there may be some other ways you can deduct your health insurance.

We work in all 50 states!

We are a licensed health insurance firm in TX, FL, GA, WI, MI, TN, AZ, NC, PA, and CA. In other states, we will have trusted enrollment partners that can help your employees enroll in a health plan.

There are a few states (VT and WA) where not all of our Smart Benefits will be available.
