The December 15th deadline to sign up for coverage starting on January 1st, 2015 has passed. But we can still help!
You may still be eligible for a January 1st start date if in the last 60 days you:
- Changed jobs
- Moved cities
- Got married or divorced
- Had or adopted a baby
- Had a death in the family (who was on your current insurance policy)
If one of these events or other special enrollment events apply, please continue with the interview and select 1/1/2015 as your start date at the end. You must email email@example.com with the type of event and the date it occurred when you complete your enrollment form at the end of the interview.
If none of those events apply to you, please continue with our online interview and select a 2015 plan that will begin on 2/1 or 3/1. We’ll help you enroll in the plan you choose as well as send you an application for a temporary plan in January. This will keep you covered and help you avoid any Obamacare shared-responsibility penalties for 2015.
If you have any questions, email Jack@TakeCommandHealth.com. Thanks!
